A sachet of Gervin GV3 Sparkling Wine Yeast from Muntons. You will recognise GV3 yeast as it is the one with the yellow label.
Ideal for making stronger sparkling wine and higher alcohol dessert wines. We have also had great success using GV3 Sparkling Wine Yeast when making our homemade cider.

The 5g sachet of yeast is enough for a single fermentation of up to 5 gallons of home brew.
Sprinkle onto the surface of the prepared wine 'must', there is no need to stir.
