Little Giant's HT-VCL Series are low-profile, high-temperature condensate pumps rated for up to 212 °F (100° C). Designed for use in plenum applications, these pumps are ideal for steam humidifiers and boiler applications. They also boast a higher-than-average flow rate shut-off heights. This Series is compliant with UL standard UL2043, "Fire Test for Heat and Visible Smoke Release for Discrete Products and their Accessories Installed in Air-handling Spaces".Features and benefits:- 1-gallon collection tank- stainless steel motor shaft- maximizes HVAC system performance and safetyThe HT-VCL-30-P 115-volt pump has a 1/8 hp motor, runs on 1.4 Amps and 134 Watts and delivers up to 350 gph at 5' lift with a 32' shut-off and a maximum pressure of 13.9 psi. This unit features a top inlet 1.07" in diameter with a 0.69" diameter rubber grommet. This unit also has a bottom inlet which fits 3/4" I.D. flexible tubing if the drain outlet height is limited. (Please note: if bottom inlet is used, hole must be drilled through tank.) The HT-VCL-30-P comes with a brass check valve with compression nut and ferrule which fits 1/2" O.D. (7/16" I.D.) Type L drawn (hard) copper tubing. The unit includes an adjustable right angle conduit fitting for use with flexible EMT. 14 feet of lead wires connect the unit to the power source. This pump does not come with a plug and electric experience is required.
