Meet Our New Chef John Benjamin

The Grain House is happy to announce our new Executive Chef, John Benjamin. John received his degree from the Culinary Institute of America, and has experience at such well known restaurants as La Tour at Crystal Springs, as well as the French Laundry in California and Aureole in Manhattan, where he has worked with celebrity chefs Thomas Keller and Charlie Lambert. He has twice been invited to cook at the Beard House in New York City, and brings a wealth of experience and flavors to our Grain House Restaurant.
