The Olde Mill Inn and the Grain House offer more than 16,000 square feet of unique flexible meeting space suitable for various sized meetings and other corporate events. Many of the meeting rooms open directly out to a courtyard, tented patio or deck, and state-of-the art meeting services are provided.
We specialize in customized meetings, conferences, seminars, holiday parties, corporate outings, retreats, teambuilding events, corporate dinners, cocktail receptions, association meetings or nearly any type of event.
The Olde Mill Inn is in an ideal New Jersey meeting location, near Exit 30B of Interstate 287 at the intersection of Route 202 and North Maple Avenue in Basking Ridge. It is easily reached from Morristown, Bridgewater, Branchburg, New Brunswick, Somerset, and all of Central New Jersey, and ample free parking is provided. The Inn is also close to several railway stations with service to New York City. Our shuttle can provide convenient transportation for corporate guests to nearby locations.
Accommodations for corporate guests includes a hot buffet breakfast Monday-Friday from 6:30am – 10:00 am. Room Service from our on-site Grain House Restaurant is available in the evenings.

This is the 4th time I’ve hosted a meeting at OMI. October 2020 was the last one prior. I will continue to host my Executive Offsite meetings here because the level of customer service is the highest I’ve ever received. I am responsible for many meetings and this hotel far surpasses every expectation. When my C level executives are happy, then I’m happy. From accommodating the requirements for a safe and socially distanced meeting, to the extremely clean rooms, to the fabulous food at the Grain House, it is all 5 star. The GM has his finger on the pulse of what is going on and my sales representative, Lindsey is on top of anything and everything during the entire meeting. If you are an EA or Event planner, this is the place that will make you shine! Alan will greet your guests with a warm smile and Betsy at the Grain House will make you and your guests feel welcome!
One of the great things to do in the evening is to stop by the front desk, where you will find Michael, who is the most pleasant person and quite accommodating, grab a bottle of wine and head out the back to the fireplace and relax!! We had quite a crowd out there for two nights. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a 9 hour meeting!! I can’t wait to return!
My new CEO wanted/needed an executive offsite to really get the team together and to get to know one another. Doing this in age of Covid is no easy task. This was my 3rd Executive meeting I’ve held here and I knew OMI would make it so much easier. They executed a 4 day retreat that was amazing! Their cleaning process and their keen ability to socially distance my party of 13 was outstanding. I needed a team building event and Lindsay and her staff made it happen! I’ve been doing this for 20 years at this company and my HR VP said this was the best event yet! They made me look great in the eyes of my C level’s and that is always a good feeling. The food was amazing and every dinner at the grain house was beautifully decorated and executed well. Raffi from A/V was on top of everything, every minute and I had no worries. If you are looking for great place to hold a business meeting, look no further! You and your staff will be treated with the utmost respect and your meeting will be very successful! Oh and don’t forget to sit out at the fireplace after a long day and enjoy a nice glass of wine!

“Why I work with Olde Mill Inn: I LOVE hosting my corporate events at the Olde Mill Inn, from the first planning meeting to execution, the process is efficient, thorough and most of a pleasure.I was first invited to share a tour of the venue with Sheri and Ellie with a lunch after. Their knowledge and good taste in discussing menus, décor and ideas put me truly at ease.
The conference/meeting room availability gives me an array of choices, and the staff always goes that extra mile to see that everything and everyone is happy. When hosting a meeting or reception/dinner, Ellie is able to help me address the needs of all the dietary restrictions without hesitation. For meetings that last several days, the various food options are wonderful so you are not eating conference “buffet” every day.
I just recently hosted a corporate department meeting/holiday party, and I can honestly say, I didn’t worry about a thing because I knew Ellie would see to it that everything was taken care of. The staff was amazing and the food delicious. I am excited to one day take advantage of this venue for personal use.”
